Nordic Emballasje AS was established in 1998 and based in Båtsfjord in East Finnmark, Norway. In this period, frozen fish was the main product at most of the fish factories in northern Norway. Thus it was natural to direct ourselves to this industry with specialization in packaging of frozen fish. This is a strategy that we have followed loyally all these years.
Nordic Emballasje AS has now over 2000 square meters covered stock area in Båtsfjord with all types of products used for packaging of frozen fish. We stock packaging with customers’ own logos as well. After many years in the industry with steady growth, Nordic Emballasje AS appears today as a safe and solid supplier that has high experience and skills in packaging.

Through dialogue with our customers, we have developed new products as well as improved packaging. This is an ongoing process. We work with big and serious suppliers who have good possibilities to give us help in such processes. Our goal is that our customers will not experience complaints associated with packaging, and should such occur then the claim is handled quickly and painlessly.

Our motto is that our customers always get their goods on time if it is practicable. Through our cooperation with Nor Lines and Hurtigruten we can send goods from Båtsfjord in the evening to be delivered to Tromsø in the south and Kirkenes in the north in only few hours. This is possible when we have got order and shipped goods right up fast coaster’s departure.

From the beginning Nordic Emballasje AS has delivered packaging almost anywhere on Earth. We therefore have good knowledge of local conditions and local agents. Every day we are fighting against the clock when it comes to delivery, so it's necessary to know all possible transport solutions.
